LKD Physio offers services for women dealing with pelvic pain, bladder or bowel incontinence, prolapse, sexual pain, or recovering from abdominal or gynaecological surgery. We help women navigate the changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum (including Mummy MOT® appointments) and during the menopause.
About Louisa
Louisa chose to become a women’s health physiotherapist after noticing the lack of support available for women during key life stages such as pregnancy and menopause. She also recognised how significantly pelvic health can affect a woman’s overall quality of life — physically, emotionally, and socially. Louisa is dedicated to changing that by helping women feel supported, informed, and empowered to take control of their health and wellbeing.

I am recognised by several leading insurers, including Axa, Bupa, Vitality, Healix and WPA. Please obtain pre-authorization for treatment before scheduling your appointment. If you need my provider number, feel free to reach out. Additionally, you might be able to reimburse appointment costs under Health Plans.
About The Clinic
The clinic is located in my home, providing a quiet and peaceful environment for your visit. Parking is available outside the house and is included in the appointment fee. Please note that there are four steps leading to the entrance, and unfortunately, step-free access is not available.
